It seemed to have happened recently but I can find no info as to why its gone. Someone has discovered a way to have an unlimited settlement size in just 2 simple console commands. i even put * in plugins and installed them manually and it didn't work. Whenever you back out of the terminal and the door does not open, simply press esc to bring up the pause menu, then esc again to return to the game. I've gotten some mods to work like fallout who, but i cant get any other mods to work like: light sabers and cheat terminal.
